What is the Nadcap Auditor salary?

Most of our auditors, irrespective of which program they work for, are employed on a contract basis and are paid competitive rates in line with industry standards. How much an auditor earns in a year, depends on their level of seniority i.e. Auditor or Lead Auditor, and is related to how many assignments they wish to conduct.

PRI Auditor Mike Burnson's professional photo

Mike embarked on his second career in August 2020 when he began training with PRI as an independent contractor, carrying out audits for the Nadcap program. He conducted his first solo chemical processing assignment four months later and has continued to work for us on a part-time basis ever since. Read more

Vitorio has been a part-time independent auditor for the Nadcap program since 2017, traveling from his base in the Canadian province of British Columbia, to carry out audits throughout Asia, Europe and the U.S. But he has been involved with PRI’s quality audits for far longer, as both an industry liaison for the Nadcap program, and a member of the Nadcap Management Council – a select group of senior quality leaders and managers from the program’s Subscriber and Supplier organizations. He has worked with us since June 2017, following more than 40 years in the metal processing industry where he gained extensive experience of various types of finishing including anodizing, electroplating and paint, with a strong track record in process engineering, process planning, lab management and labor management. Luis is an independent contractor, traveling from his home in Puerto Rico to conduct welding audits for the Nadcap© program, administered by PRI, anywhere in the world. He has more than 25 years’ experience in the aerospace industry, with a particular focus on quality control and quality assurance systems. In that time, he has performed non-destructive testing (NDT) inspections using the penetrant testing, magnetic particle, eddy current, ultrasound and radiographic testing methods, and has carried out weld inspections for the airline industry and NASA.
